SAMI is currently raising funds to support a major West Coast museum's acquisition of works by emerging South Asian artists. We will provide updates as acquisitions become publicly announced. 

Museum acquisitions are pivitol for advancing artists' careers and placing South Asian voices in American culture. Through gifts of art supported by SAMI funds, museums are able to bring South Asian artists into their permanent collections, ensuring their legacy and impact on the larger culture.
